How Our Visual Inspection Works
Check the water meter
We turn off all taps and check for movement at the water meter, confirming whether water is escaping somewhere on the property.
Inspect fixtures and fittings
We examine taps, toilets, showers, and hot water cylinders for visible leaks, drips, or running water.
Compare readings
We compare your Watercare usage against your current meter reading to detect abnormal water loss.
Assess inside and outside
We check both indoors and outdoors – under sinks, behind appliances, in the ceiling cavity, and around the perimeter of your home for dampness or water damage.
